Association EFT

If the record is in Eldorado, the EFT debit always hits on the 5th or the next banking day thereafter. Billing sends the file around the 20th of the month before. If an Eldorado EFT is rejected for NSF, Billing will make a second attempt one month later (on the next monthly file). If the insured pays monthly, the second attempt will be for two months. See the Procedures Manual (billing section) for a more detailed explanation.

If the record is in InsPro, you must determine the debit date by looking at the Bill Day on the billing summary tab. If an InsPro EFT is rejected for NSF, the second attempt will be made approximately ten days later.
