*  Remove the headset from the base

*  Remove the power cord from the bottom of the base.

*  Place the headset back onto the base

*  Plug the power cord back into the base while the headset remains on the base.

*  Watch the base for lights to flash, once all lights have finished flashing, remove the headset and power it on.  The headset should be linked.
