How Do I Open A Ticket

On Your Desktop you will see an icon called (Help Desk).  If you do not have the Icon, Please email Krickey@Selmanco.com.


*  Click Help Desk Icon

*  Enter User Name And Password

Same User Name and Password That You Use to Log Into Your Computer Each Day

*  Click on Myself if the ticket is for you or Other if it is for a Peer.

*  Most CSR's will use Help Desk for Request type

*  Next to Request Type you will see another drop down appear, click on Corporate Office (Unless Keene System)

*  Another Drop Down Box will appear, click on the type of issue that you are having.

*  In the subject line, put a title of the issue that you are having

*  Request Detail = describe problem with as much detail as possible.

*  next to Carbon Copy, click the enable box.

*  if you have a screen shot, please add it as an attachment.  This is helpful.

* Click Save.

Follow up with your Supervisor in order to let them know that you are having issues.
