At times a CSR will click on their Inspro to open but when it opens it is a blank screen.  "There is no logon box"  The bleow process will take care of this issue.

*  On the screen that opens, look at the upper right hand corner.  There is a torn page icon.  Click on that icon once.

*  A new window will pop up an dyou will choose the leave this page option.

*  Wait a few minutes and the logon box should appear.
