When there are insureds missing from Inspro the billing will be incorrect.

When the insureds are in Inspro but missing from Emerge, check to see if the application is in Imagenow to add the missing person, once added run the Ultimate Sync Tool.l

When the address in Inspro is 123 E Main St Anytown, USA 123456 and the address in Emerge is 2727 E Military Rd. Cleveland, Ohio 44143. 

The Ultimate Sync tool (located in your shortcuts). This will update Emerge to reflect the correct information.
