Provider Updates

If a provider wishes to submit an update to the name, address, phone number, etc., of the office/facility, please ask the caller to submit a W9 to the following address:

These updates are processed by our claims department. If you need to discuss a W9 related item (such as confirm receipt of the W9), you may email Tricareclaims@selmanco.com .

You can verify the current information we have on file for a provider by checking Emerge. 

You will have to open the claim, click on the claim, then click on details. 

Once the details window opens you will need to click on the line items of the claims. 

Then click on the picture of the "people" at the bottom.

The current W-9 information will display for you. If there is any incorrect information please ask the provider to fax or mail us an updated W-9. 

If there is a specific claim (s) the provider would like us to reference, please ask them to indicate that claim number (s) with the updated W-9.
