Providers can submit claims electronically. We cannot accept them via email. Claims must be faxed, mailed or sent electronic. Please instruct the provider to contact our Clearing House Change Healthcare (CHC) Please advise the provider they must register at https://customercare.optum.com/public/home.html. If they need help with registering please instruct the provider to speak to their Supervisor or Admin for help. When the provider has registered they can check the website for the status of the claim. If the claim is not there, please advised them to fax a copy of the claim along with the primary EOB to 1-301-926-2621. Please allow 30 days for processing then check with CHC using the website for the status of the claim. If we get provider calls We can direct them two ways:
