The payments might be more manageable if you paid them monthly. We do have an option for automatic monthly premium debits from a savings or checking account. I would be happy to send you an authorization form to set that up.



I don’t like the pre-existing conditions limitation.


I understand. Before I help you cancel, I just want to make sure you understand how the pre-existing limit works. The pre-ex waiting period only lasts for 6 months, and it only applies to existing conditions. New conditions are covered immediately, and existing conditions are covered starting in the 7th month.


 

I have this coverage with my job, and my employment is ending.


You can keep this coverage, even if you are no longer with your employer. When your employer stops the payroll deduction, you will receive a bill from us so that you may pay your premiums directly. Your coverage continues without interruption. The coverage/benefits do not change, and the rate does not change.


 

I don’t need (or I don’t use) my health insurance.


I will help you cancel this, but please take a moment to consider why you purchased this insurance in the beginning. You realized that it is an affordable way to protect yourself financially should an unexpected illness or injury occur. Insurance is something we hope to never use, but we have it in case something goes wrong.


 

The primary military person is approaching age 65.

Before you cancel, I just want to make sure you know that your family members can continue coverage even though one person is no longer eligible. We will be sending information in the mail to give you the chance to continue his/her/their coverage.


 

The primary military person has passed away.

We do allow surviving family members to continue coverage when the primary insured passes away. I can help you set this up.

Each CSR is responsible for saving/attempting to save 10 policies per month. 

Retention is a score card matrix that each CSR is responsible for each month.
