Hartford Life and Accident Insurance Company

Effective 01/01/2019, Most Tricare/CHAMPVA Healthcare Supplement members were converted from Transamerica to The Hartford, all remaining accounts were converted or terminated as of 1/1/2021. 

The Retail and Corporate insureds were mailed a letter the fourth quarter of 2018 to notify them of the conversion of carriers. Each insured was given a new "P" number. In most cases the Emerge ID number did not change. 

As of the second quarter 2019, Selmanco changed the claims PO Box from Rockville, MD to the Hot Springs, AR. Our Tricare/CHAMPVA ID were mailed out to our insureds as requested 

The PO Box address change did cause a delay in receiving claims at the new PO Box in Hot Springs, AR. As of today, if any insured send claims to Rockville, MD, USPS will forward those claims to our new PO Box using the USPS standard of business. 

All insureds who express they did not get an ID card or does not know about the new "P" number, please offer to send a new ID card via email using the M58 Inspro process via the active diary process.
