Corrections to Gender

Wrong Gender on Record

CSRs can email Billingworkflow@selmanco.com if the gender is incorrect in InsPro.

Please request valid ID, please it in Imagenow.   

Billing will make the change. CSR should ask billing to notifiy them when the billing team has made the correct. Once you are advised of the gender correction please process the Sync Tool this will update Emerge.

Please remember to document Inspro when you process the Sync Tool. 

A incorrect gender in Emerge could cause problems with certain claims (e.g., hysterectomy, prostate exam, etc.).

Please run the Ultimate Sync Tool when the gender has been updated in Inspro. When you run the Ultimate Sync Tool it will update Emerge with the correct information.
