A01 - Active, Premium Paying 

A31---WAIVER OF PREMIUM FOR SURVIVING SPOUSE/DEPENDENT

COMPREHENSIVE PLANS. 

P01-Pending Payment---We are waiting for premium to make the policy current. Look to see if Corporate or Retail policy follow the rules that apply for Corporate and Retail.

 

P03-Pending DB Payment-- We are approaching the EFT date

 

P04-Pending Underwriting—We are waiting on other departments in Selman to complete the Inspro enrollment. The policy is almost finished updating.

 

P05-Requierments Outstanding—We are waiting on other departments in Selman to complete the Inspro enrollment. The policy is almost finished updating

 

P12-Pending LB/EFT Payment

 

P22-Application Withdrawn-Manual entered when alerted that the applicant no longer wants policy.

 

P23-Closed Incomplete

 

P26-State Not Approved—We are not able to complete enrollment due to state restrictions to enroll new supplement in this state.

 

P27-Over issue limit-Health is automatic when InsPro recognizes the SSN as being identical on 2 separate active policies.

P34-Issued in error-Manual entered on a record that has errors. We cannot delete a record once it has been processed.

P50-Manually entered. We use this if we have an app that is missing something but underwriting requirements aren’t set up to pend the record or if we have affirmed an answer that might kick a record into approval when it is not ready.

You may encounter policies that are T07. Please take note the code means Conversion, Old Policy Number. These policies will have a paid to date of 01/01/2019.

 Please see P000890623 as an example. Please see me if you have any questions.


 

10/15/2018 to 01/01/2019---Tricare/CHAMPVA A01---All policies will have a Future Termination status effective today, 10/15/2018. This is preparation for our transition.

 Please set the expectation with the insured this is a 5-business day turn around process.

Please reassure the caller the effective date will be 01/01/2019. Please advised the insured to submit all claims to the correct address and we will process them.

 Please have a discussion with the insured about all premiums made this year. If the insured has not issued any premium please advised them to send in the correct amount, and to use the old P number. We will be able to apply those premium payments to the new P number once it is created.

A0A1--- ACTIVE AND PREMIUM PAYING POLICY.

A31--- WOP (Waiver of premium) There are Comprehensive policies issued by ASI. 

These polices were sold with this benefit. It allows the widow or widower to have the premium waived for a total of 4 years from the date of the sponsors death or until the widow or widower remarries. The surviving spouse must send in a copy of the death cert. Please place it in Imagenow, then notify our billing team via email.
