CYBERSECURITY

New Hampshire issued a bulletin stating that effective 1/1/20, licensees must notify the Commissioner that a cybersecurity event has occurred within three days.  Licensees have until 1/1/21 to implement a security program that is compliant with RSA 420-P:4.     Bulletin INS 20-001-AB of 1/2/20; RSA 420-P:6, RSA 420-P:4
