Tricare/CHAMPVA Changes to Date of Birth or Social Security Number

These changes must be submitted to us along with documentation (such as a driver’s license, copy of the Social Security card, etc.). 

Once documentation is received, date of birth changes should be made by Billing.

Please place the documents in Imagenow & then place the document in the billing workflow.

Please search "Imagenow" in Helpjuice to see steps to place the item in the work flow. 

Claims are affected by any changes made in Inspro. Because of that you must run the 

Ultimate Sync Tool to have any changes updated in Emerge. 

Reminder: Once you run the Ultimate Sync Tool please check Emerge the following business day to be sure the changes you need are updated in Emerge. 

That includes updates to Address, Date Of Birth, Gender, etc..

If those changes are not updated the next business day. Please open an IT ticket, once you have the IT ticket number please send the number via Teams to your supervisor or the supervisor on duty.
