At this time, we do not have any way to mail CLAIMS correspondence to one address and ALL OTHER correspondence to a different address. Everything is mailed to the address shown in InsPro. We can only use one address.
If the address in Inspro does not match the address in Emerge. Please run the Ultimate Sync Tool.
You will find the Ultimate Sync Tool in your Tricare Shortcuts on your desktop.
You will need to enter the Emerge/XREF number & the Member ID number (P000XXXXXX)
click submit, with for the tool to finish then click done.
