Tricare/CHAMPVA Address Changes

Address changes may be made over the phone if the call is from the primary TRICARE/CHAMPVA member or the spouse, if he/she is the primary insured or is covered.

 Changes can also be submitted via postal mail, email, or fax.

***NOTE YOU MUST RUN THE ULTIMATE SYNC TOOL WHEN YOU UPDATE THE ADDRESS***

The Ultimate sync tool is located on your desktop in your Tricare Shortcuts. 

Failure to run the Ultimate Sync Tool will cause all benefit checks and letters to be mailed to the wrong address. 

The address should update in Emerge right away, if not, follow up the next day to make sure the address change occurred.  

If the address does not change please open a trouble ticket and send it to a supervisor to have the ticket escalated to an IT tech to update the address. 

If the bills and other correspondence are not being received by the insured, and we have the correct address in Inspro & Emerge and the Ultimate Sync Tool has been run, then...

The CSR needs to check the billing & premium tab in Inspro if it does not match, send an email to billingworkflow@selmanco.com Please notify billing the address on the premium and billing tab does not match the address on the policy overview tab or Emerge. Please ask billing to update the address. 

Please verify what is on the Policy Overview Tab with what is on the Premium & Billing Tab

Both Address must match.
