Our policies do not include subrogation rights. We will honor all covered charges and will not pursue liens on settlements. If an insured wants a letter confirming this, please use the letter found in our letter library.

Subrogation is when the insured has a legal case currently and there may be awards, or settlements related to the case. The attorney (s) are asking for a letter to verify we will not pursue any awards from the settlement.

 The CSR can email, mail or fax a letter of Subrogation to the attorney (s) and please send a copy to the sponsor using the address we have on file in Inspro.
