CSRs can send enrollment materials to interested callers by mail, fax, or email. Please explain to the caller to return the application via email or mail. Once you have the application Please place a copy in Imagenow, and Route the application to enrollment team.

There are some state availability restrictions.
TRICARE/CHAMPVA members living overseas may only enroll in a Retail plan if they have a permanent U.S. address in a state where the supplement is sold. The U.S. address must be used on the enrollment form as the residential address. The applicant can separately provide the foreign address as the mailing address.
