An insured has 90 days from their bill due date to reinstate their policy. They must simply write in to us with their signature request. They must also include their back premium.
After reinstatement is approved we will reinstate back to the termination date. Claims will need to be refiled. Insured will need to tell provider to refile claims once they are reinstated.
After 90 days, they will not be able reinstate or re-enroll.
