What are the resources provided on the Help link? 

A user will have access to the following: 

• Online Billing Portal Help Manual a. This is a comprehensive training manual for all the functions within the Online Billing Portal. 

• Share the Request Access Link 

a. This will allow the user to share the Request Access Link to other users. 

i. The Request Access link will allow a person to request access to the Online Billing Portal.

b. When a user clicks the link from the Help Resources, a new email will automatically populate that includes the Request Access Link for them to share via email.
