How to create a log in for a group:

Please validate/verify the Employer Name and Address before creating a log in. 

1. Log in to the website: https://benefitsbillpay.com/ using your account information log in information.

2. Select Users

3. Select Groups Tab

4. Search Groups using the Market Code: Found in Case Listing

If the Employer Group is not found on the Case Listing, please send an email to EBClientManagement@selmanco.com for further support. 

5. Click Add New NFG User

Generic password: Welcome11!

6. When Selecting Roles:

Click: 

Super User: Reconcile Bills, Make Payments, Give Access to Other Users

View Only: They may only see the bill/policy information. Cannot may any changes

7. Click: Save Changes

The new user will receive a Verification Request email to confirm their account.
