Insureds may request cancellation at any time. Termination requests can be taken over the phone from the insured. CSR’s may email billingworkflow@selmanco.com or the CSR may cancel the policy themselves (if trained). The termination date will be the first of the month following month. When there is a refund due the insured will have to send a written signed request via mail/fax or email. Insureds are also permitted to let the policy lapse by withholding premium payment. In this case, coverage will terminate on the paid-to date.
