A divorced spouse may continue on the supplement plan as long as he/she remains eligible for TRICARE. The ex-spouse should submit a copy of the divorce decree, his/her updated address/phone number, and a signed request to continue coverage. 

The ex-spouse will be moved to a new record in the system with a new ID number.

The primary TRICARE/CHAMPVA participant can send us a written request along with a copy of the divorce decree if he/she wants the spouse coverage terminated.

Please ask the divorce spouse to send the information to our billing department.
