If General Dynamics or Mantech, CSRs should send the materials by mail, fax, or email. Please see the ER group for enrollment in the OEP manual. 

Gerneral Dynamics and Mantech are able to make any change to their policies. That includes changing their billing method from List to Direct bill. Send the insured an APO. 

**NOTE*** if the paid to date on GD MAN is past due remember. It is the responsibility of the EE to send in ALL back premium. Remember, never send the (GD MAN) General Dynamic and Mantech EE back to the ER. 

If The SI or FedEx, direct the member to the appropriate sitelet.

If any other List Bill group, the CSR should direct the member back to his employer/benefits office to add family members.

On List Bill Corporate plans, adding family members must usually be done during the Open Enrollment or within so many days of a qualifying event (such as marriage, birth of child, or adoption of a child). The employer group and/or our Enrollment Department will determine eligibility.

The effective date of the newly added family member will be determined according to the group rules and the certificate language.
