Yes, providers can submit claims electronically. We cannot accept them via email. Claims must be faxed, mailed or sent electronic. Please instruct the provider to contact our Clearing Hours, Change Healthcare (CHC) when they need claim status or copies of the EOB's Please advise the provider they must register. If they need help with registering please instruct the provider to speak to their Supervisor or Admin for help. Use the number to register only. Once registered use the link to get the status of the claim. The provider can also, print, download copies of their own EOB's from the CHC site. When the provider has registered, and check the website for the status of the claim. If the claim is not there, please advised them to fax a copy of the claim along with the primary EOB to 1.800.310.5514. Please allow 30 days for processing then check with CHC using the website for the status of the claim. If we get provider calls We can direct them two ways: Call CHC Support Team for service: 1-866-506-2830. Providers should select option 1 for EFT or ERA questions). The provider must register. If the provider has submitted health care claims to Selman & Company (aka SelmanCo), for services rendered for your TRICARE or CHAMPVA insureds, please update your records with the information below. Selman and Company now requires two Payer IDs for Real-Time 270/271 and 276/277 transactions and EFT/ERA enrollment
